Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must provide clear proof (photos or video) within 48 hours of delivery.

• In such cases, we will offer a replacement.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
